By inviting or using Nacchan, you authorize it to perform the actions configured by members with the required Discord permissions. Server administrators are responsible for their configuration, their community rules, and granting Nacchan only the permissions it needs.
You may not use Nacchan to violate Discord rules, applicable law, another person’s rights, or to send unsolicited or deceptive content. Nacchan’s partner network is voluntary, staff-reviewed community discovery; listings may be declined, suspended, or removed where they are unsafe, misleading, inappropriate, or non-compliant.
Server administrators are solely responsible for prizes, eligibility, winner fulfillment, disclosures, and compliance with applicable giveaway, promotional, and consumer-protection laws. Nacchan supplies a fair entry and draw mechanism but does not sponsor, guarantee, or fulfill server-run giveaways.
Core moderation features remain free. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may be managed or cancelled through the Stripe Customer Portal. Existing subscribers retain their Stripe Price unless they change plans or the subscription otherwise ends.
Nacchan points, vote rewards, garden items, and related community features have no cash value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed, or converted to money or other value. They are not gambling, a prize program, or a financial product.
Nacchan is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. For support, contact support@neko.black.
