What permissions does Nacchan♡ need?
Only the Discord permissions needed for the features you enable. For example, moving messages needs channel access and Manage Messages only when deleting an original; onboarding roles need Manage Roles.
Is Nacchan♡ free to use?
Yes. Core moderation and community tools are free. Paid plans increase automation and history limits and unlock paid-only tone packs.
What is the Founder Pro plan?
The Founder Pro plan is a special discount on the standard Pro plan, offering the same features at a reduced rate, as long as the server remains subscribed. This provides additional value and advantages for early adopters.
How does billing work?
A server admin uses /upgrade in Discord to open Stripe Checkout. The owner can later manage cancellation and payment details through Stripe's Customer Portal.
What happens if a subscription is canceled?
When a subscription is canceled, the server retains access to its paid features until the end of the current billing period. After that, it reverts to the Free plan.
What data does Nacchan♡ keep?
Nacchan♡ stores the minimum configuration, audit, delivery, and game data needed to operate its features. See the Privacy page for the full launch policy.
How do voting rewards work?
When enabled, voting platforms verify a vote before Nacchan♡ awards points. A vote click by itself never grants points, and duplicate deliveries are protected.
Can points be bought or exchanged?
Not currently. Points are currently a future-facing community feature: no shop, cash value, transfers, purchases, exchanges, or gambling just yet.
